Maybe we can introduce it ourselfs and then point to our packages
during discussion to show what we mean.
Additionally to XS-Build-Suggests, which would only point to packages
that are *not* in Debian, we could also propose XS-Build-Recommends
for packages like libasound2-dev or libavc1394-dev, which are not
available for all archs or kernels. Build-Recommends would then mean
that a package is a Build-Depends on a specific arch if it is
available there but the build does not fail if it is not. This would
be cleaner than these ugly [!hurd-i386 !kfreebsd-amd64 !kfreebsd-i386]
lines, not?
I know this is mostly off-topic, but what do the DDs think?
