The snapshot in experimental is new enough for audacity and it has 
Speex support enabled, so we shuold really start building against it 
in the next audacity revision.

However, I am still not convinced by the way audacity upstream handles 
ffmpeg support. I believe we should either force a hard dependency 
against the ffmpeg libraries or -- if we stay with Recommends -- 
should add Conflicts against too old (and maybe too new) snapshots.
