libquicktime and libdca prepared for unstable

Dear DDs,

I have prepared packages for libquicktime and libdca in our SVN 
repository targeted at unstable. Please sponsor their uploads if 
appropriate as soon as the "library transition dust" in Debian 
unstable has settled a bit (libquicktime should be uploaded after 
ffmpeg anyway). ;)
