Okay, now updating ffmpeg should really be pretty straightforward. I've
added even some documentation on the process of updating it.

I've tested it with a snapshot from yesterday night, and it seems to
work quite well. However I noticed this diffstat:

 114 files changed, 908 insertions(+), 635 deletions(-)

and these are only the changes from 2 days!

I therefore suggest to wait a few days so that development calms down a
bit. Currently a lot of VDPAU changes are being integrated, it seems.
