audacity_1.3.6-2_amd64.changes ACCEPTED

Dear Gentlemen,

audacity is now lintian clean (tested with lintian v2.1.5) except for 
the warning on "ancient-libtool ltconfig" and the information that 
"arch-dep-package-has-big-usr-share".

Next steps:
- Split out /usr/share into a new audacity-data package. No
   compilation takes place in the nyquist/ and plug-in/ directories in
   the source code and they are simply copied in the 'install:' rule in
   the top-level Makefile, so I strongly believe they are arch-indep.
- As we will have to go through NEW anyway, let's take the opportunity
   and introduce an audacity-dbg package.

Does anyone know how to deal with this "ancient-libtool ltconfig" thing?
