audacity 1.3.8-1 ready for upload

I've built and test installed the package. Here some notes from my
tests:

 - the first start of the application asks my for the language I want to
   use. That is redundant, this is generally controlled with the linux
   locale system.

 - on startup I get the following "error box":

Directory '/usr/share/audacity/help' could not be created (error 13:
Permission denied)

upon package inspection, that's right, the directory does not exist.

 - in the text console, I get a lot of the following messages:

Expression 'parameters->channelCount <= maxChans' failed in 'src/hostapi/alsa/pa_linux_alsa.c', line: 917
Expression 'ValidateParameters( outputParameters, hostApi, StreamDirection_Out )' failed in 'src/hostapi/alsa/pa_linux_alsa.c', line: 1135
Expression 'parameters->channelCount <= maxChans' failed in 'src/hostapi/alsa/pa_linux_alsa.c', line: 917

 - the main buttons (pause, play) lack icons, I see only black
   squares. However this might be related that I've forwarded X11 via
   ssh into my virtual machine

 - other than that, audacity seems functional so far in my virtual
   machine.

can please someone test and confirm (or not) my observations of this
package?
