audacity 1.3.7-3 ready for unstable

Hi,

audacity 1.3.7-3 is ready to be released. Is there a DD who wants to
upload it or should I ask on debian-mentors? Only Reinhard Tartler's
change needs to be added to debian/changelog and the target distribution
has to be set to unstable.
