libdca override disparity

libdts is obsoleted and superseeded by libdca. The libdts-dev package 
contains only compatibility headers and symlinks for build-depending 
packages that have not yet been ported to the new libdca API. The 
libdts-dev package may be subject to removal in any further upload.
