next steps with ffmpeg and mplayer

okay, the package can be found at:

I've tested it locally, x264, faac and amr should work with these
packages, without needing to recompile packages from debian.

please include them in debian-multimedia.org.

the package is created directly from the master.unstripped branch. If
you have any suggestions, improvements etc. feel free to send me patches
using git-format-patch(1), and I'll integrate them.
