I'm not sure to understand what you mean here.. You need a more recent
version of the libfftw3f currently in sid right?

If so, I know the maintainer of the fftw3 package (Paul Brossier), I'm
sure he doesn't have any problem with you preparing an update for the
package and me sponsoring it for you.
