I am afraid that I am not experienced enough  for "maintaining" and "reviewing".
I can maintain packages uploaded by me.
And also I am not all the time on internet ... 
I am trying contribute by my own possibilities ...
But maybe later ...
So next step for uploading package is http://alioth.debian.org account?
Or there is another way for occasional contributors like me?
