duplicate control files in ffmpeg and mplayer

Hi there,

A think that came to my mind while working of ffmpeg/mplayer. Does
someone else find the duplication of debian/control useful?

In the times of SVN, I indeed found that very useful. However these
times we use git, where branching and merging is cheap and
controllable. I therefore think we can get away with just that and do
not need to duplicate debian/control.

If someone else also agrees that this would simplify things, I'll merge
the 2 control files for both packages.
