All rdependent packages have been binNMUed or otherwise updated, so we can
drop the -0 package. I have just done this in the git repo. The -dev package
was dropped a while ago in the repo, and relevant bugs have been filed[1] (a
few are maintained by the team :).
When you (jack Uploaders) consider it appropriate, you can upload these
changes. We just have to remember to bump the severity of 52610[89] to
serious, because those packages will FTBFS.
