git problems

Hi,

I have some problems with git.
I imported the old hydrogen package with git-import-dsc, made some changes 
and was able to build new packages with git-buildpackage.
Now I used that repository and made a git-import-orig with the new 
upstream version. Afterwards the git-buildpackage calls dpkg-source:
   dpkg-source -i.git -I.git -b hydrogen-0.9.4
which results in lots of errors like:
   dpkg-source: error: cannot represent change to
         hydrogen-0.9.4/macos/Hydrogen.icns: binary file contents changed

Where do these errors come from? Do I have to take care of anything during 
the import?
