As we are at the very beginning of a development cycle in Ubuntu, I prefer
to help having this package into Debian, so that more people can benefit of
it.

This is the copyright file that I've generated using licensecheck (a tool
that read the copyright headers of the files, and avoid having to open all
files one by one). I only have a doubt on lib/base64.c as it seems to be a
mess.
Is there some way to have some DD to review this copyright file without
uploading the package to mentors? I also can try to have some archive admin
in Ubuntu to review it.
