Seems the idea was to have jack2 replace old jackd rather than have
both. There was a thread in September about it:

Daniel James asked for a sponsor for uploading jack2 to experimental ...
but it didn't happen. Not sure if there was some promlem with his
packaging or just fell through the cracks. I guess it needed to go
into git first.
