I was just about to write saying I had forgotten to mention this as a
possible time to get together (first thing I thought upon awaking today
:) ). If I make it to Europe in 2010 that would be the most likely time.
I know the organizers as I've been on the video/stream-team for 4 past
iterations. I am fairly certian they would be more than glad to have us
use some of their BoF space for this type of thing.

There have also been video app developers showing up there in the past,
so could be a good chance to work with upstream video and audio devs.
