Bug#557411: mplayer: Please enable radio and radio-capture support

Please add --enable-radio and --enable-radio-caputre to the configure
flags.

I have a USB based radio receiver card which acts as a usb-audio
card.  mplayer is really the best way I found so far to use that thing,
however I need to rebuild the debian package to add these
two flags to make it work.
