Bug#544681: mplayer: please add libmad support

Anyway, we should offer the choice to use libmad and therefore I added 
libmad0-dev to the Build-Depends.

Sorry, but I don't think so. Until now the mplayer package in neither 
Debian nor Ubuntu has been built against libmad.
