The jackd package is ready for uploading, it fixes a lot of bugs, some
flagged "important" (see below).

Free? Reinhard? Anybody around to make an upload?

Great.  Any hope of uploading the fixed package soon?  The problem is
blocking someone from migrating to dependency based boot sequencing,
see #545205.
