The main reason I'm for "Recommends" is that AFAIK aptitude/apt-get
pulls packages in "Recommends" automatically when installing, I'm not
sure if this is true for "Suggests".
In practive I'm concerned by users having a firewire card and not
knowing about the jackd-firewire package.
Anyway if you feel "Suggests" is okay, I'm fine with it.
