Hi,

I removed entries for autoconf files from copyright file.
(acinclude.m4, aclocal.m4, configure, Makefile.in)

Not sure about files from /config dir
(config/config.guess, config/config.sub, config/depcomp, config/ltmain.sh, config/missing and install-shh)
