either the file containing the function 'ff_vp6_filter_diag4_sse2' or the file containing the function 'ff_imdct_half_3dn' is not compiled with -fpic/-fPIC

The above functions contain inline assembly.  On the AMD64 architecture it
should be possible to rewrite this to not need a text relocation as we have
no great shortage of registers.
