Ok, I just deleted the configuration file

~/.config/rosegardenmusic/Rosegarden.conf

and the problem disappeared...

I haven't actively changed any colours in Rosegarden as I can
remember, but perhaps I had an old configuration from a previous
version? 

Should I close this report again?
