uploaded first pkg: pd-motex

Ok, I uploaded my first package from the list of ITPs that I posted
(pd-*).  Once I get this one thru the whole process, I'll fix whatever
needs fixing and upload the rest.

Then I'll remove the 'debian' folder from the upstream SVN so that the
git.debian.org one becomes canonical.
