I took the liberty to also add a git-buildpackage config, to ease the 
following...

Do the following yourself (or tell me if you want me to do that too):

   debian/rules get-orig-source
   git-import-orig ../tarballs/gmerlin-avdecoder_1.0.1~dfsg.orig.tar.gz
   git dch
   dch -r

In last step bump the version to 1.0.1~dfsg-1
