Huh?!?

If you succeed at that, you've just proven exactly why I dislike the 
sponsor system:  People not really responsible about some packages let 
others also not really responsible put them into debian.

The sponsor system wasn't designed to loosen responsibility but in 
effect it (sometimes) does that.


No - please do not try to get a package into Debian which you do not 
care about yourself, make sure yourself works properly, and intend 
yourself to maintain in the future to keep working properly.


Sorry if I sound rough.  I really really appreciate efforts - also 
contributions other than properly packaged and maintained packages.  I 
just really want it perfectly clear what "package maintainance" is.
