Almost ready except for

Which does nothing except generating some build and lintian harmless
warning and reducing the Ubuntu diff.
So it's really a political decision. Not sure it's the good time to add
it when this upload will need to be agreed by the release team.

Or, we could reorganise the changelog to put the security fix more
prominently, so that people don't read further.
