Oh.

Do anyone (except you, now) really follow this changelog maintainance 
style?

Looks like an artifact from pre git days to me.

Do we really want that?  I see no benefit.  If we want to avoid 
unofficial package accidentally named like official ones, we should not 
only create a new changelog entry but also add a trailing ~unofficial to 
version number and perhaps also add a line "Local build." to the 
changelog entry.  Else it will just clash with _next_ official package 
instead of the _previous_ one.
