Bug#606283: Please drop ladcca support

Hi!


The package 'ladcca' is orphaned [1], superseded by lash and abandoned upstream, so we would like to remove it from the archives in time for Squeeze (this is the rationale for setting this as 'serious').
In order to do that, we're asking you to remove the build-dependency on it and make a new upload to rebuild the package without the ladcca support.
