A snapshot of gmerlin is needed (but not of gavl).

Also, I suspect your snapshot of gmerlin-avdecoder is wrongly named: If 
upstream still ship with GSM folder and we don't, then I feel that we 
should still add that trailing ~dfsg (or some other trailing hint if you 
really want to be nitpicking) to the upstream version string!
