Bug#606829: FTBFS with linker flag --as-needed

Hi,

libmpc fails to build if --as-needed is used as linker flag, as this enforces
strict ordering of the libraries (symbol users before symbol definitions),
see [1,2].

Attached is a patch which corrects the linking order.
