liblo is in experimental because we can now skip the NEW queue when we
finally get the release team's ack. I believe the package does not
require further changes, so basically we are waiting for the release
team. I am currently with little time so I can't volunteer for that
right now, but I think it is unlikely we will get it soon due to the
libjpeg transition, which is huge, and the mips* buildd breakage.
