Ouch!  Sorry - above clearly isn't the collab-maint area, so I have 
wasted your time: I forgot that this team use its own Git area, so you 
are unable to push your changes yourself. :-(

We'll push your NMU changes after they emerge as source package in the 
archive.  Thanks for the help, and (again) sorry for wasting your time 
trying to be even more helpful.
