Bug#585000: Compile the library with -fPIC

Hi,
please build librtmp with -fPIC to allow usage of it in shared libraries
(e.g. plugins). This doesn't have any implications for applications or
anything else linking with the library.

The rtmpdump build system allows this by doing

make XCFLAGS="-fPIC"
