vlc, kaffeine, dragonplayer, avidemux and maybe more multimedia aplications try to load /usr/lib/libva-0.31.0.6.so.1 and that file not longer exists
soft linking it to /usr/lib/libva.so.1.0.1 resolves the issue temporaly

 ln -s /usr/lib/libva.so.1.0.1 /usr/lib/libva-0.31.0.6.so.1
