I'm not sure if we really want this split. mhwaveedit-pulse supports
ALSA, OSS and Pulseaudio, where mhwaveedit-jack supports ALSA, OSS and
JACK.

This at least doesn't make sense for my use case, I like to switch
between pulseaudio and native JACK now and then.

What's the motivation for the split? To avoid a dependency on pulseaudio
or on jack respectively? The price for this "freedom" is the loss of the
"one size fits all" version, and I don't think it's worth the effort.
