If interested, I've made backports for i386 and amd64 og jackd2, patched 
FFADO, and other audio related packages, available here:

http://debian.jones.dk/ lenny audio audio_
http://debian.jones.dk/ sid audio audio_

If curious: The "audio" section is for stuff currently in Sid, while the 
"audio_" section is stuff from elsewhere or containing unofficial build 
options (apart from minimal changes needed for backporting at all).
