Fedora-Devel has 0.118, so jackd1. CCRMA (Fedora's pro-audio derivative)
uses jackd2.

Gentoo has jackd1, Gentoo's pro-audio overlay has jackd2.

Opensuse has jackd1.


I have absolutely no idea about their plans. ;)
