PPA for LiVES in Ubuntu

Hi,

I've setup a PPA for LiVES in Ubuntu which means that anyone running
karmic or later can follow the instructions at
https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA/InstallingSoftware and
https://launchpad.net/~hrickards/+archive/lives to download and
install the latest version of LiVES. For any issues please contact me
or the Debian Multimedia Packaging Team (see CC's).
