Felipe, Jonas,

as you can see from these logs [1] [2], the extensions don't get
copied, simply they build just against python2.6.
I agree with Jonas, what we need is a way to support multiple versions
of Python.
BTW, I'll drop my changes and sync the package with the next upload.
