Enough what? Lines consumed in the rules file?!?

Replacing CDBS with short-form dh is a change of packaging style.

No, I won't start an argument about which is better, but I will insist 
that none of them is below the other:

There is long-form individual dh_* commands, and then there is *either* 
wrapping those with CDBS snippets *or* replacing those with short-form 
dh.
