   2) Autogenerate debian/control
   3) Commit debian/control
   4) Auto-update debian/changelog (with "git dch")
   5) Manually adjust debian/changelog (e.g. with "dch") to summarize
      the user-facing effects of above changes
   6) Commit debian/changelog
