Bug#599314: files in /usr/share/doc/vlc-nox are symlinks to themselves

I checked vlc 1.1.3-1 and 1.1.4-1. In both packages
(amd64) /usr/share/doc/vlc-nox/NEWS.gz is a real file and not a symlink.
Therefore this part of the bug is invalid.

This typo will be fixed with the next upload.
