Bug#600269: vlc: Enqueueing a file to playlist doesn't consider the working directory

Assuming you have these:
~/f/foo.avi
~/b/bar.avi
Run:
cd ~/f
vlc --one-instance foo.avi
VLC starts playing foo.avi
Elsewhere, run:
cd ~/b
vlc --playlist-enqueue bar.avi
Problem:
When done with foo.avi, VLC will try (and fail) to play ~/f/bar.avi because the
CWD of the enqueueing VLC call is ignored.
