Depends on what you mean with 'fixed'. the libraries are already linked
with -fPID -DPIC on amd64, otherwise they wouldn't even link. If you
mean to avoid text relocations in both avcodec and swscale completely,
then I fear it's going to be harder.  You might also be interested in
