It is an error message that occurs on some hardware when libasound2
fails to initialize the hardware. From the upstream commit logs I
understand that upstream themselves cannot really reproduce this probe
error themselves, but users report this to be fixed in the next alsa-lib
release. Moreover, the easy workaround is to the pulseaudio output
module.
