I pushed one small change to pd-arraysize, and saw your reverts.  As far
as I am concerned, these three packages are ready to upload to NEW.

If you saw all the ITPs that start with "pd-", most of those all ready
to go, so I can keep feeding them as long as you have an interest in
uploading them.
