[SCM] aeolus/master: pristine-tar is broken, disable it.

Never mind as in "nothing is broken after all" or as in "only affects 
aeolus and not relevant to share details with my fellow developers"?

I am interested in understanding what it is, even if only affecting 
aeolus.
