pd-iemnet: request for upload

hi fellow packagers,

pd-iemnet had an FTBFS report filed, which i hopefully fixed and pushed
to git://git.debian.org/pkg-multimedia/pd-iemnet
(there are 2 more changes: i shortened the VCS-stanzas to not contain
the trailing stuff and removed the explicit quilt references (both in
build-dep and dh calls), as they are no longer needed)

i would be thankful, if somebody could have a look and eventually upload
the package to unstable.
